CCI'S BREAKTHROUGH
Building Communities, Creating Better Futures.
CCI’s breakthrough came in 2003 with its maiden joint venture project, Monte Brisa—a 15-hectare first-home community in Rodriguez, Rizal, designed to provide middle-income Filipino families with quality homes in a rapidly growing area. Building on this success, CCI went on to develop Vivienda and Fiorenza, further establishing its reputation as a trusted local developer. In 2006, the company expanded to Malolos, Bulacan, with Vallerosa Residences and later Altana Residences, an Italian-inspired 5.8-hectare residential and commercial community.
In 2012, CCI embarked on its most ambitious project yet: Amiya Raya, a 36-hectare flagship development in San Mateo, Rizal. Strategically located just 15–20 minutes from Quezon City and Marikina, Amiya Raya offers modern, resort-like living with spectacular views of the Metro Manila skyline, Laguna de Bay, surrounding mountains, and Manila Bay sunsets. Designed for high-income Filipinos seeking either their dream home or a strategic investment, Amiya Raya embodies CCI’s commitment to creating thriving, future-ready communities.
True to its vision, CCI has since expanded Amiya Raya from 36 to 56 hectares and continues to pursue strategic acquisitions to grow the development by at least another 50 hectares over the next 5–10 years. With every project, Community Creators, Inc. remains steadfast in its mission: building communities that enrich lives, respect the environment, and shape better futures for Filipinos.
